removing back seat

I am having a heck of a time trying to get the back of the rear seat out. I need to get to where my ABS system is behind the seat. I can't figure if out. Ive puller it up, ive pulled outwards. It wont budge.

You have to remove the bolts that hold the two outside retractable seat belts. Those hold the bottom of the upright seat back in place. Once you get those out, you can pull it right out.

To get to the ABS controller, you can either go that way, or climb inside the trunk, and drop the little metal "pan" that covers the ABS and the premium sound amplifier (if your car has Premium Sound).

Do you need another ABS controller? I've got one here...yours for shipping cost. Came from an '88 that I parted in 2006.

Dropping the tray in the trunk is the easiest way to get to it.

There is only One 8mm bolt per side to remove, and then it folds down for easy access. Much easier than removing the back seat.
