Dipstick bracket problems and header question

Hey everyone. I was taking my headers off of my car and while taking off the stud that had the oil dipstick bracket connected to it it broke off and I was wondering i that bracket keeps the dipstick in the engine or if it is just for stability. And if I need it Should I make a makeshift bracket?

And I was also wondering if my bbk unequal length headers will bolt straight on to my stock heads.
Thanks everyone

The dip stick is just pushed into the block the bracket holds it in

Jusr rebend the dipstick tube to another spot and use a new stud.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
