Fay's 2 Suspension

Wanted to see if anyone has tried the Fay's 2 Watts link on a fox thunderbird or cougar?  Am thinking of trying it on a 1983 thunderbird turbo coupe when I get back to the states.  Would like to get thoughts, opinions, and experiences if anyone has tryed a watts link.

There are a couple of guys running a Griggs watts link on Thunderbirds but I have only seen pictures and cannot comment on performance though I would think it would be amazing.  There really is no difference in the math behind one on a Mustang or one on a T-Bird.  I would imagine one for a Mustang would work just fine and I would imagine you would have to 86 the tail pipes just like a Mustang.

I think the name may be a play on the words "phase two"......? A watts link is a watts link, there's no such animal as a 2 watts link, I'd daresay, unless it was some sort of electronic device, which would be hard to figure into a suspension design, lol

I believe the name comes from the originator of this particular design Jim Fay.  M ight be his revised version, thus the 2.  Looks really interesting, even claims that you can still run the exhaust to the rear.  Take a look sometime:

Been looking at reviews through some mustang forums and they all seem to be positive reviews.

Looks interesting enough and keeping the tailpipes is a plus.  Would like to see some reviews on it from people that have had it on a car for a couple of years.

I would and have, but unfortunately only on mustangs.  Wondering if anyone has ever put one on a bird or cat.

I'm sure you can make it work. Probably the bulk of that work will involve modifying the frame mounts.
