if you go to court on them normally you will talk to their atty first and they will lower dismiss more of them exp the 6 mph over but talk with your atty.

Court was a week ago, would have posted back sooner, but things aren't normal here right now.

She got the on ticket dropped ( that was for the plates of another person, blah blah) since they were in fact OUR plates, and we'd just transferred them TO the Mounty 2 days post-ticket.
She pled guilty to, and paid fines for the other 2 tickets...187 bucks. Go county court, yay.

Let this be a lesson: register and pay your license fees before driving. 200 bucks ain't exactly easy money.

I got a speeding ticket right before I went into the Air force. The ticket was for $78.00 back in 1976. That was a lot of money back then. I got on the bus and went to Phoenix, Arizona and tried to sneak into the Air Force without paying it. The next day they sent me back home, my parents were not real happy to see me (lol). Tickets paid, lesson learned, and it's in the past. It's not drunk driving, hit a child, only a bad choice. I would rather spend ten dollars on my car than gamble, at least I know I get something for it, but I've pissed a lot of money away in my life... who hasn't?

I got hit for 31 in a 25 zone where the 25mph sign was knocked over in a snow storm. Previous speed limit was 30mph. I still had to pay the full fine and missed out on a full days work. Not worth it to me anymore.

Back in the day, I got hit with three no insurance in 3 days. The car had insurance, but I washiznit with $400, $800, and $1200 even after showing my insurance information in court.

I have won every no proof of insurance or no insurance ticket since.
