Going down to finally drive my bird again, also bored at work :D

Posted up awhile back that I finished it, wish me luck that it doesn't die again. Looking back I've put alot of time and money into this thing. Can't decide which I liked more, engine one

Or engine 2

Any body else out there own a turbo 4 and a v8? Which did you enjoy more?

I miss having boost but the v8 has more power.
88 Turbocoupe: Coast High Performance 331 kit 28oz balance, Comp XE264HR14 cam, 58cc 185 afr heads, 1.7 roller rockers, Mass-Flo EFI (was POS to setup and their techline is a joke at best)
Full 1 5/8 primary equal length headers, 2 1/2 exhaust, Full manual reverse VB c4 and baked off clear coat "BECAUSE RACECAR"

My buddy had a 88 TC with the boost cranked up and a 5speed I have the 87 with a 5.0 and a 5speed with an exhaust system and the same gear ratios

Ill tell ya. The turbo coupe was fun to drive It got up and boogied. but side by side my bird power wise walked it almost every time.

Its a toss up. I liked driving both of em. If I had my way Id have one of each just to enjoy both of them

Btw The new motor looks awesome.

SOOOO aparently the car is CURSED! Things were going fine for 6 miles then it lost spark.... Changed the TFI and nothing, went and got dolley to tow home and it fired up. Looks like I have to do some researching.

Something, usually when I take it out something happens. Do gotta say this is the first "long" trip I've made on the new fuel injection. It pulls so much harder then it did before, only issue now is the torque convertor I have is WAYYY to tight. It locks up pretty much as soon as it goes in gear.
