Tentative happiness... February 28, 2012, 06:31:01 PM There's an offer on my house. I submitted a counter offer and they accepted. After almost a year on the market it looks like it's finally sold! I say "tentative" because I'm a pessimist and don't consider anything sold until the cash is in my hand. Now the looking for a new house begins. I've decided I want brand new and will build my own garage rather than buy one already built. I want 12.5 foot ceilings on one side and 8' on the other with another floor above that side. And that 20th is still calling to me... if it's still available when it looks certain the house is sold I think I'll jump on it and figure out where to put it later... Quote Selected
