Interior light issue

I have a weird prob I cant figure out.  The rear reading lamps wont work, the round ones in the back seat area. I checked the ground and the fuse(#6) but I am not getting 12v.  The map lights are not working as well, but I am not sure if they are related. Also, when I rotate the dimmer switch to the detent, the interior light dont work at all.  When I open the door though, the dome light and lights under the dash both work.  Any ideas?  I see a Rear reading lamp switch on pg 185 of the evtm, but no idea where that is.

the switch for the rear lamps is in the console

The reading lights are not supposed to come on with the dome light either , just with the switch

lol don't feel bad my very first post on this forum was for the same question. I got the same solution. Although to be honest someone had ripped the whole switch and plate off the console before I got the car so I didn't even know it existed at the time...
