Making of a 140 MPH speedo face. Help - Solution March 29, 2012, 08:35:06 PM Looking for someone who has the wherewithal to make a 140 MPH speedo face per the instructions on Coolcats.net (the speedo was a Canadian 220 KHM). All I need is the black face on sticky paper, I have everything else. Yes, though it may sound pathetic to those well versed, I am unable to get one to print out properly. I suspect I'm missing some software or maybe it's some simple operator error, at any rate I am unable to get it to size properly and frankly I'm tired of trying! If you're willing to take it on and send it to me, I'm willing to pay for it! It may make sense to make a few in case I slip with the exacto knife cutting out the odometer holes... PM me if you'd like to help out. I'd sure appreciate it!Mark Quote Selected

Making of a 140 MPH speedo face. Help - Solution Reply #2 – March 31, 2012, 04:34:42 PM Thanks Vin. I've checked and only found white with a 6,000 rpm tach instead of 7,000. Though I'm not a fan of white, it may be viable option if they offer the 7k tach. I'll email them to see if a 7k tach face is available (it's what illustrated in their directions). Quote Selected

Making of a 140 MPH speedo face. Help - Solution Reply #7 – April 09, 2012, 10:14:32 AM Click the link to see what Pather37 (Matt) came up with. These will have indiglow back lighting. As you can see, he made a number of subtle changes to the tach and speedo, which to the unfamiliar will appear stock. I've had the tach mechanism upgraded to a modern unit by Red Line Gauge Works and calibrated to a T/C's 7k face. It'll be nice to have gauges I can read and are accurate!I still have to sort out the voltage regulator issue (it itermitiantly pegs all the gauges). Quote Selected

I attemped to contact him via email, but Matt was quicker on follow up, so I let it drop. Quote Selected
