Things that make you go hmmmmm.....

While I was plumbing the new brakes today on the Sport, I found out that it has a 1/4" rear brake line just like a TC. It also had the center mounted rear brake hose that hooked right to the TC rear I installed, weird. It is an '88, so maybe Ford was using whatever parts they had lying around....lol.:hick:

My Sport is like that.

My 88 was like that too

Hmmm, my old Cougars weren't, not even the XR7 course they were all '87s. dunno.

My 88 cougar V8 was like that also,  Im guessing its a 88 chassis thing???

I wish I'd have thought to look under my white '88 when we were putting it on the trailer...

Last year of production, probably cheaper to make them all the same...lol.

My Cougar has alot of wierd things like that. No hood springs, but has the brackets for them installed. I have TC like sway bars, both front and rear are very big compared to the stang one I grabbed off a junk GT. My Uncle had a 3rd brake light installed :D
