Crank window is driving me crazy

I spent two hours screwing around in my door panel trying to fix this but I can't seem to figure it out. The window has had this problem since I got the car and I only glanced at it a long time ago and couldn't figure out the problem. I tried and tried and tried to figure it out tonight and I just don't get it.

What it does is when I roll the window up or down, it tilts. the side closest to the front of the car tilts down. I have noticed after looking inside the door, that its because the brackets slide in the track. Only thing is, I have no idea how to keep that from happening, since the whole idea is for it to slide in the track.

All my window channel is intact on both sides, and I can't seem to find any other problems. I tried loosing the bolts on the brackets and adjusting them and retightening them but to no avail. I'm losing my mind here people. Anybody know whats going on and how to stop it?

My 83's crank window tilts slightly. Rolling it down is fine, but when rolling it up, I either have to go super slow, or work the handle like a ratchet (up about 4 inches, back down a half inch, up 4 more, etc). I think mine is because the track has dry rotted and parts of it have fallen out over the years, which leaves just enough side-to-side play for it to tilt and bind up. It never bothered me enough to do anything about it.

mine will roll up just fine except when it gets to the top it is crooked and won't seal. I mean, were talking about a half inch low in the front. The only way to keep it from doing it is to roll it all the way up and then pull it up tight by hand.

Ok well I've fixed it and turns out its a simple problem -- LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of WD40 on EVERY MOVING PART and its all good;) The rollers were just having trouble turning in the track so it was causing a little delay in one side.
