Thanks a lot guys. I don't know what you're looking at, but all I see is dirt and the need to be cleaned badly.

Yes it is. It seems to be helping a little on the "too warm" situation, but the fan is still where I believe the issue really is.

when i got my 88 i called my radiator jobber and they had a hd
radiator listed for the 87-8 tbird and cougar. it was a lot thicker
[2 row] than stock. ford didnt offer that option. but surprise,
it was made by visteon, who did the fords. couldnt tell it from factory.
nothing wrong w/the old one but it was piece of mind. check
with your suppliers. combine that with a hd pump and a 180
stat and you should be ok. or go wild and put the police mustang clutch fan
on too.--irv

Vinnie, what clutch cable is that...mine looks identical, but I don't know what brand mine is...
I also have a radiator that's pretty thick, about like that one..mine's stock. Well, it was on the Sport when I bought it, anyway, it's a lot thicker than the 3.8 radiators I have saved up for s..lol

Why does your AC line go across the front of the engine like that?  Was that factory, because it sure isnt like mine.

I just picked up a 180 degree stat about 5 minutes ago. I'll install it this weekend. I'm sticking with an electric fan from a Taurus. When the other one worked, it worked great. I'm slowly gathering the pieces I need.

It's a Steeda cable. I personally think most of them are made at the same place and sold through different vendors. I'va seen three or 4 from different places that all looked the same to me.

That's the way it was fabbed at the a/c place. I actually would like it to be down low, but, it doesn't bother me, and the line is quality. It works.

My factory line did too. Across the bottom, but it was wasted, as were every single piece for the a/c that was left when I got the car. All is cold now.......except the water temp. LOL. I'll have that figured out hopefully by the end of Monday (I;'m taking that day off for a three day weekend.).
