Decide for yourselves

Posted by Jangus

Are those the same engineers that asked you to fix the 2.3 rod problem back in the day? LOL.

This statement has been sitting on my mind since it was posted. It seems like some not all think i am a FAKE. Look at the dospoogeent below it is the original i did to correct piston scuffing on the 2.3 ford. To all that believe it i thank you and for all that dont it is a shame to be so NAIVE.

Before and after drilling the hole. I also made a fixture to drill the rod. It to was void of the thrush side oil hole squirter. You be the judge just wanted to clear this up. Thanks

In the nicest way possible: quit baiting arguments.

And...welcome to ignore.

Tom, Can you tell me what the purpose of that hole was in the rod?  I suppose it had to do with oiling.  But how did it help?  And did it weaken the rod?  I guess I could search, since jangus and others seem to know what it is.

Quit bating arguments? Maybe people on this board should get the facts before they throw up the red flag and calling people liars when  THEY ( YOU included)  have no clue what their talking about. The ignore is welcome to us both, and im sure we're not missing any fascinating building tips or buildups from you.

I don't think you're a fake. I just think you're an idiot. Take the shaging chip off your shoulder and stop raising hell on our forum. And you can start by not going off the deep end every time somebody disagrees with you - believe it or not, and I know you will choose to "not", you are not perfect and are indeed quite wrong sometimes. Don't take it personally, it happens to all of us. Men admit when they're wrong. Even bigger men will accept that they're right but that it's not necessary to start a war over trivial things. Children fall to the floor and throw a tantrum until they either get their way or drive everyone else away. Babies make it a point to get the last word in, even going so far as to restart arguments that have been finished by adults. And yes, I am aware of the irony in my calling you a baby about getting the last word in, while knowing these will be the last words in this thread because I've every intention of closing it.

There's a reason you've been either kicked off of or driven away from every other forum that has anything to do with these cars. Hint #1: It's because the admins (myself included) are far more tolerant of bullshiznit than other boards and try to let it police itself. Hint #2: It's not "everyone else" that is the problem.

Here's a phrase that might help lower your blood pressure, and will certainly help make this forum more enjoyable for all visitors: LET IT shagING GO. You don't always have to be right, and we don't give a rat's ringpiece how much experience you have in building cars, because none of that experience is worth a w's drawers if you destroy any credibility you may have by acting the infant every time your fingers stumble across a keyboard.
