'97 Thunderbird Project on HORSEPOWER TV Reply #15 – May 03, 2011, 08:59:53 AM Well, I guess the engine has made some decent power. I emailed Mike since I hadn't heard when the episode which supposedly mentions my mounts will air.I don't really have any more details on the car. Quote Selected

I hate when someone asks which car is mine and I tell them and they are like "oh." and walk off.The only reason they hate your 4banger is they want that gas mileage yet the ability to smoke there v8's too. Then after they asked which car is yours tell them the one that still holds the fastest lap at Talladega and Daytona in the Nascar. That might just spark there interest! Stuckman Quote Selected

Yes, because NASCAR used the 2.3 in their Cup cars...that's why they were so ed fast.. :shakehead:slap: Quote Selected

'97 Thunderbird Project on HORSEPOWER TV Reply #26 – June 09, 2011, 12:06:07 PM Im glad they are doing a Tbird project, but does anyone else think this project wasnt exactly thought through very well? First they call it a sleeper, then throw in a carb engine that they wont fit under a stock hood. They mod up some cool header work, then put on cats.... no crossover on the exhaust... and CHERRY BOMBS?I wonder if they will wear mullet wigs on the final episode. They were cool about Chucks mounts though.
