Door striker June 26, 2011, 10:21:25 PM Ive looked around and cant find the answer that i need. I am putting my doors back on and was looking at the striker and was wondering if it has the plastic bushings like the mustang and earlier birds I have a 87 bird and the door looks like it could close a little more and the plastic bushing might do it?Thanks Steve Quote Selected

Door striker Reply #7 – June 28, 2011, 08:51:38 AM Depends on the year of stang. I had some from a early 80's Stang and the bolt thread was different and wouldnt thread into the door frame. I just got some from the "help" section at the autoparts store. (the whole thing, not just the bushing) Quote Selected
