what does the driveshaft fit??? is it a custom made one for a t-bird?? if not why so much

yeah, its for tbirds and cougars. mustang guys can buy these new for a bit more, but NOBODY makes them for us, and good luck finding somebody to modify one for you... at least near me. i talked to about 6 places that did drive shafts and nobody wanted to touch it untill i got a friend that ran a shop, that new a guy, that pulled some strings for me... sooo i figure 200 is a pretty sweet price considering you'd spend more on a new mustang one, pluss another hundred to have it modified. it's 48.5" center to center of universals. it was used for a dyno pull and put back on a trailer from what i heard, it's almost new. infact... if i put some bubble wrap and a box around it, i could probably lie and sell it as new lol. but seriously this things in as good a shape as the custom one i ordered for my t56 thats never been run yet.
