Mass Air Options for over 300hp

Since I am about to surpass the 300hp mark soon I need to know what a good alternative to the stock VAM is. I have read up on several options but am a little confused on which is the best / most reliable at high boost / horsepower.

Is there a solid way to convert to MAF from a later model mustang?

How exactly should I approach the blow-through method, and what is it exactly?

I have the money to get to 500hp, but I really don't want to screw it up lol.

Thanks!
