Kirkey aluminum seat

I have a Kirkey racing seat.. 15" wide in great shape. I only used it for mock up purposes in a micro sprint, so it has minimal holes drilled. Still in excellent condition. didn't come with a cover. retails for around $110 new, asking 50 obo plus shipping

still have this seat?

is the 15" the actual hip width of the seat, or a measured width? do you know the layback angle?
also the model number so i can look up the covers.
