cam question September 21, 2010, 08:03:28 PM a friend of mine asked what would happen if you used roller lifters on a flat tappet cam and i couldn't come up with an answer for him.. i've never strayed from roller on roller, flat on flat, so i have no idea if there's an issue.. would anything happen to the cam or lifters?
