Would an intercooler from an Mitsubishi EVO VIII work on a TC?

you can make about any FMIC work depending on your fab skill and what your willing to do.

Have I done it? No..
Have I heard of it done?? No
1985 TC (yet another one) Fully loaded
has 225k mile  still with the factory head gasket

I have never done any fab work. One of my friends upgraded his intercooler and is willing to sell me his old one for $50. Is fab work difficult?
