Adding subs to factory system

I did a search and i"m still a little confused. I have the premium sound with the EQ, which sounds pretty good, but i want to add a little more bass to it. I don't really have much money to work with which is why im not ripping it all out and starting over. I would like to add an amp and subs but i'm not sure where to start with it.

There aren't really any good options other than using a high level converter into an amp - just feed from the wires going to the rear deck. Technically you can also splice some rca's into the wires that come out of the EQ and head back into the amp in the back but it's a pretty poor signal to start with. I think I may have done this at one point in the past - hooked rca cables up to cut cables at the amp that is mounted to the bracket behind the back seat.

I can't find a working link to the wiring diagram.
