That looks like an upside-down 82-92 Camaro spoiler to me. Could be wrong, but it definitely looks like it.

Someone told me the aftermarket spoiler from Ford could be mounted two ways.

It's a FMS spoiler. They aren't common by any means. In the years I've been a member I've only seen 3 or 4 for sale. They are rare to find.
