91 thunder bird v8 HO April 30, 2005, 11:39:45 AM So I went to the junkyard yesterday and started to pull the heads off of a tbird. I noticed that it had a fairly strange looking intake. It has diffrent connections for the EGR and the throttle body. I was wondering if this is the same intake that is on the newer (94 to 95) mustangs. here is a link that has the same kinda of connection. Mine are part of the intake manifold.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7969575038&category=36474 I plan on getting the throttle body and finishing off the heads later today. Will I ber able to use these? the throttle body is a diffrent botl pattern then the stock one. The egr sensor only has one hole and there are diffrent vaspooge lines. Quote Selected

Re: 91 thunder bird v8 HO Reply #2 – May 01, 2005, 07:26:11 PM The '91-'93 Birds had the same intake as the '94-'95 Stang... It is a little shorter so it will fit under the lower hoods, and doesn't flow as well as the '93 earlier Stang HO... Quote Selected
Re: 91 thunder bird v8 HO Reply #3 – May 02, 2005, 09:42:20 AM well better then no intake. I havent found a good H.O. intake manifold. There havent been any mustangs in my local junk yard. And the marks, 9 out of 10 times they are missing their engine when I get around to them. This so far is the best H.O. engine that I have found so far. Quote Selected
