Finished Product, 1978 T-Bird, Diamond Jubilee

Just finished the last detail on my 78 Diamond Jubilee Edition. One of the last 5 to roll off the assembly line in Chicago in '78. Only one with leather interior and dual exhausts. Original paint; posi-traction, original 400 cid, 77,500 miles, C-6, everything new with NOS parts. Probably one of the nicest in existence. Time to hand it over to an interested Bird collector. Time to move into a low-mileage Fox T-Bird. Tim; Florida

Looks nice!  Is it possible to get pics of the exhaust manifolds, and how they clear past the steering, and starter?

Very nice, but a shame you want to sell it. Those are even more uncommon than a nice Fox...

Per your question, I wish I could help you. Unfortunately, since finishing the Bird, I have put it away safely in storage about 45 minutes away from me.

But I will include a pic of another 78 DJE that perhaps gives one angle that you requested. Hope it helps. Tim

Which is sad because they made over 300,000 of them in 78 alone...
