Well, first off was the tracking number he provided good? Did it actually track a package, and the post office just lost it along the way? Or was it a bad tracking number?
If it was a bad number, and now the seller won't communicate with you, then it sounds like a sour deal all the way.

I just had a transaction with him and it went ok.  There was some confusion on his part as to what I wanted (confused with someone else,) but I paid him on April 23rd and got my part yesterday.  Have you tried his regular email address?  I am in no way sticking up for him BTW, just reporting my experience with him.

well cleven.. if your going to tell a story... tell the whole story.... first I bout the shipping thu Paypal, so you did recive a tracking number, I shipped the item, some coil springs set of 4,...... then after about 2 months pass you email me, telling you havent got them yet.

Ok, I find the tracking info, and it says shipping info recived, so I start a trace on the package, I drive to 3 diffrent Post offices, here in pensacola looking for it.

the PO starts the trace, then I recive the lable back on part of the box.... so the PO is looking for them in Jacksonville..
As I recived Emails from you, I told you what was going on...
I talk to the postmaster at the PO I dropped them off to be shipped...
The PO sends me a form to fill out for an Item discription, I fill it out and send it in....

these are the steps I have to go thu.....to get a refund.....
