I got this really cheap , for an F150 ,
It fits well except it has to open "up" because of the latching mechanism .
I will post better pics tomorrow.

I've got a factory 2004 Bullitt lid on my car. I got it in 2004.LOL.It's very much like yours except I had it painted body color.I've never seen them mounted quite like that before.Usually they open towards the front.Unique idea you have there.

What does the latching mechanism do to mounting it the other way?Just curious?Mine was almost a bolt on.I had to do a tiny bit of "shaping".Is that door you have electric?Mine is all manual.LOL.

Bully brand, I actually got it on ebay but Advance carries them too

It has a magnetic latch..... like a cabinet door .
If you try to install it so it opens sideways (normal) the magnet thingy hits the filler neck, so it has to be up or down and by opening down it looked like it would interfere with the pump nozzle.
I may actually paint it body color, because I really like the way yours looks Vinnie
