Supercoupe value March 12, 2010, 12:22:03 PM I spotted a neglected SC today, so I stopped to ask about it. Lady said it's her son's, and he's not home, but he does want to sell it. She said that there's something wrong with it, but can't remember, and it has a salvage title. It hasn't been driven in 2 years or so. I left my phone number for him.It is rust free, and looks decent. What do you think he will be asking for it, or what do you think it's worth? Quote Selected

Sometimes that can turn real expensive to fix, and with having a prior salvage title...buyer beware. Check the alignment before buying, if possible.. Quote Selected
Supercoupe value Reply #2 – March 12, 2010, 04:18:41 PM if it has a sunroof look for rocker rot just in frount of the rear wheele's. Pass side has the sunroof drain right in the rocker (another one of fords good ideas). Hg's as stated above, Balancer issues. The old ones like to break and if it hasn't been replaced with a bhj balencer i would make that my first thing i would buy to make it reliable. but that's a start. But pm me if you do get it. I have parts you may or would need to fix it up. Quote Selected
Supercoupe value Reply #3 – March 12, 2010, 05:05:42 PM I paid $1200 for mine in pretty nice shape. I would say with being salvage and also there being something wrong with it, no more than $500. Quote Selected
Supercoupe value Reply #4 – March 12, 2010, 06:30:42 PM yeah as mine sits right now little rust and needing some work its worth 500 bucks. if it runs and no slavage title its worth 1000 bucks. Quote Selected
Supercoupe value Reply #5 – March 12, 2010, 10:35:26 PM 500-800 at the most. Too many unknown, potential serious issues. Quote Selected
