New to the crew

Hey guys, I've been perusing Coolcats.net and the forum for a while now and I figured I would share my project and get some feedback.  I have been working on the car since last May and with any luck will be finished within the next couple months.

The car is an 88 Cougar LS with the following mods:

-Turbo Coupe front end with 97 Accord Front lip
-Unknown sideskirts from 84 XR7...i think
(will be molded into the body)
-2000 Mustang PBR front 5 lug swap
-Enkei Lm-1 18" wheels w/ +35 offset
-Fox Stang bumpsteer kit and Camber plates
-95 Mustang Gt 8.8 rear with 1.5" wheel spacers
-Mustang Dash and E-ebrake install(in progress)
-QA1 K member and Front Coilovers for Fox Stang
-95 Gt rear springs
-96 351W swap (in progress)

thats alot of work completed in 9months.

the accord lower air  is interesting. is that placed over top of the last step of the TC bumper cover? or did you cut the bumper cover to fit that on? difficult to tell in the pic, but is it covering any of the holes in the underside of the TC cover?

my wife has family in loveland. i like going out there to visit
gumby - beauty may fade, but stupid is forever!

Thanks for posting up those pics for me!

Yes it has certainly been a lot of work.  Originally the car was headed for the crusher because my brother didn't care to fix it, but I couldn't see wasting such a straight body like that.  The snowball effect definitely kicked in with this one as I had only planned to do the 351 swap at first...

As far as the accord lip, It probably would cover the holes just a bit.  I would say by no more than a couple inches all the way across the width of the bumper.  Of course, the bumper I got was from a junk yard and the lower back part had been torn off, which made it primarily a bolt on affair with the exception of some grinding on the top part of the lip where it meets the fender.
