Welcome! I love the 'birds, especially the '85. I always thought that grayish-blue was a sweet looking color.

So what's with the "TR Guy79" name? Wouldn't be about a Triumph would it?

Take some pics....
After 24 years of owning mine, I had no pics of it before mine rusted out. Now I have a couple thousand of it, as it's going back together.

Bill, you are correct... I used to own 2 Triumph TR7's, one of which was a "Victory Edition" with 48K original miles... My dad about had a heart attack when I brought them home....

I was acutally thinking of taking some pics of the '85 today, especially since I put snowflakes on it yesterday, but then it blew the oil cooler line, so I'll be under the hood of that today. Not looking forward to trying to get to that little hose...

Very cool!

I'm a Triumph motorcycle guy. I have a much-modified 1969 Triumph Bonneville... well, when it was together it was a much-modified Bonneville. Now it's just a project I guess. :D

I have wanted a 4eye for a very long time...  Just wish it wasnt dog slow... It is very hard to not modify it.  Add an intercooler here... Turn up the boost there...Install the 3" VAM and LB3 there... OY!!!

Funny, I don't seem to have a lot either but just came across some pictures of mine... when it was new...:D

I guess over the years we just took the cars for granted.  Then again we didn't have digital cameras!
