my Christmas cookie recipe

1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup nuts
2 cups of dried fruit
1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila

Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl,
check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality,
pour one level cup and drink.

Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter
in a large fluffy bowl.

Add one peastoon of sugar. Beat again. At this point
it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still ok, try another
cup just in case.

Turn off the mixerer thingy.

Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup
of dried fruit.

Pick the frigging fruit off the floor.

Mix on the turner.

If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaters just pry
it loose with a drewscriver.

Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Who geeves
a sheet. Check the Jose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.

Add one table.

Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can
find.

Greash the oven.

Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall
over.

Don't forget to beat off the turner.

Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the
Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the wishdasher.

LOL, that's funny. I have a kick ass CC cookie recipe if someone wants to try it...

2 1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 white powder sugar
2 sticks of butter (I use this stuff called Kates butter)
1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 bag (2 cups i think) choc. chunks

Mix the butter and sugar sticks together.

add in the 2 eggs and vanilla extract.

once that's mixed well add in the pudding mix.

once that's blended well, add in the flour.

finally, after that's mixed well add in the chunks.

I usually take a 1/3rd size measuring cup, pack it with the dough, split that in half to make 2 cookies. the recipe makes 24 cookies.

I put them on a sheet, 12 per sheet and squish them down. They wont rise or change shape much.

Bake at 350, middle rack for 9-10 mins then check on them. they don't look done when they are ready to take out. remove them when the bottoms are just starting to get brown.

Best CC cookies ive ever had and most people agree. They come out to nearly 450 calories each and are kind of "heavy" so i wouldn't eat too many at one time.

Also, if you haven't tried the fun-feti cookies and you like fun-feti cake, your missing out big time.

They actually have the recipe right on the cake mix box now which is pretty awesome. Basically its the mix, oil and eggs, mix, dole them out on the sheet and bake for 7-8 mins. I can't make them and not pick one up when i walk by them.

Sounds right tasty...I think I'll ask Nicole if she'll make some for me.
Baked goods are not so much my specialty...but I can grill a steak as good as any 5 star greasy spoon lol

Also..those 450 calorie cookies..., they sound good :D
I'm gonna try those tomorrow on my day off (you know...plenty of time to clean up the kitchen afterwards) lmao

New cookies to try. Maybe I'll make those instead of the sugar cookies I usually make that take like 10 years. The butter crunch is done and pizzelles can't be made too early or there won't be any left for xmas, lol

Fun-feti replace sugar cookies perfectly! To anyone that makes either of them i hope they come out alright or i will feel silly. A friend of mine tried twice and they weren't the same as mine for some reason. I generally never, ever share that CC recipe.

not bad shame, but I think I like my family recipe a bit better ;) It's all about what you grow up with. I've been baking since like 2 this afternoon and have plenty more to go...

My mom just did pizzelles this weekend.. keely helped her... man I love those!

Didn't get a chance to do the CC cookies yet... I ran out of eggs.

I will have to pick up a funfetti cake and try those... I wonder if they are like the other cake mix cookies I've made... you use cool whip in the mix and I can't remember what else... then roll them in powdered sugar before you bake them...man are they good! Messy to make but worth it!

Sweet, I think its 2eggs, 1/3rd cup of oil and mix, if you happen to get a box that doesnt have the recipe. I usually don't frost them or anything.
