I'm in shock!

So on Black Friday, I went down to the local thrift stores.
We have 2, Literaly right next to each other just down the block from our house~So i go pretty often.
Anyway,
Didn't really find anything, And was bummed they didn't have any half off sales at either.
Although there was these boxes of "Neopets" Cards for 3.99 each, I didnt get any at the time, But they stayed on my mind all night because i used to hang out on neopets long ago, And i remembered something about Codes.

So the next morning i look into these Cards, Not too many on ebay and next to no sealed boxes or packs (The ones at the thrift store were sealed boxes).

I start to see that these "Code Cards" are where the major appeal is in these (Knew It!).
You see, You get 1 "Code Card" in every pack, You enter this code online to you Neopets account, And it unlocks anything from an "AMAZING VIRTUAL PRIZE" to "DUNG".

And these codes are going for several dollars each on ebay!
So i run over there, To find the 50% sale i was previously looking for (lol), And grab all SEVEN boxes of the neopets cards!.

These rang up at under 2.00 a box:

So, This morning i started putting a few boxes up for sale on ebay.
I wasn't sure what to sell them for, So i just started them as a buy it now auction and put a random price from google searches....
15 mins later 2 of them are already sold!!!!!

I just made $200 on 2 things i paid 4.00 for... *Faints*

not to be a killjoy but dont get excited untill the money clears.
my friend has been doing this "go to the thrift store and find stuff to sell on ebay" thing for a few years and has gotten pretty good at finding  people pay too much for. but maybe a little more than half are shopping with money in the bank.

Been around for awhile now.

You can create a "Virtual Pet" and then do TONS of stuff with it.
