88 t/c tail lights

i have a set off my parts car that are in overall normal shape i would say. they did not have condensation in them at all ever and seemed to light up the way they should.
things i have noticed:
some small bolts holding down the red reflector strip are missing so the relector can move a little (pic 2).
some of the small nuts and screws have rust.
there is a crack on the thin top peice of one tail light. it is maybe 1/4 inch in diameter (look at pic 4)
