Water pump tick?

So since it started getting cold here on cold starts my 'Bird has a ticking coming from the waterpump, its not the heads, or anything just water pump. The previous owner replaced it last winter so I don't think its dieing, it stops when the motor warms up or I spray WD-40 on the inside of the pulley.

Any suggestions?

Either replace it or buy a case of WD-40...
