Center console switch plate needed

I need for a 86 cougar a switch plate cover for a car with dual power seats. Wasnt there a guy on here that made some of these things?

He's long gone now.I have one of those "overlays" for a single power seat.I have been thinking about taking it to the graphics guy I go to and having some made and try to have some dual seat "overlays" made.
