Walk around the neighbors house until they ask what you are doing, then explain to them that it was rumored that their location used to be a nuclear bomb testing site. :hick:

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

we are just now learning the items and functions.

the pocket pin looking things are to be kept on your body to indicate how much Roentgens you have absorbed and your exposure level by looking through the sight glass on the end and pointing it to a light source.  We just now got done calibrating them with the Dosimeter Charger.

The manuals are written in sort of a manner as though resources are assumed to be little or none.

a atatement about the needle deflecton not operating says "if you still have no needle movement on any scale, replace Q4.  About any PNP transistor will do"  "If this does not resolve the problem, replace C5 but insure the capacitor bank is discharged as the potential of 900v can be present.  To discharge the capaictor bank, an insulated handle screwdriver can be inserted along the light bulb socket and the base of the variable transformer contact b "down scale". "

the manuals are short , sweet and to the point. They also contain suggested spare parts and qty of each.
