I just thought it was cool that someone (or some company) modified a carb intake to run fuel injection.  Why would it be bad for the bottom end, exactly?  Something to do with the lack of air volume in the intake  plenum?  Seems like the motor would try and suck air in faster than it would using a stock-stlye intake.

the reason why Tommy says it's the pit's on a N/A motor is because the power band in which it runs is from 3500 to 7000 the basic operating RPM range is 3500 to 8000 RPM's ..

and with that in mind most if not all the cams made for the street
have a basic operating RPM range of idle-5500 or idle-6000 or 1500-6500 max.. and most of the N/A EFI cams will drop dead above 5500..

exsample if you where to use this intake on a motor like mine with out a supercharger the motor would do this :barf: till about 3500 RPM's and you would be like :wtf:  then it would come on real hard and then you would be like  :ies:  untill about 5500-5800 which will only take about 2 seconds and the motor will do this again:barf:  and then you would be like  :wtf: again and start doing things like   :slap:  :dunno:  :shoothead  and then you would be looking to do this to your car :macgun:

yes i'm rambling again  :flip: anyway basicly unless your running a big head and large cam with over 10to1 comp either carburetor or an ecc tunner to bypass the 6250 rev limit or again a turbo and blower it's a waste of time and money..

oh and Tommy no i'm not buyin.. but you could say i allready have a pair of :ies:"TITS!" for my motor:evilgrin: as soon as it's done i'll get some pic's..

the elbow won't be as flashy as the one i posted but hey i made it my self ;) so far the project cost me less then 250 bucks and it's allmost done..
