Random Pics of Niagara Falls border crossing

I'm not sure if most of you have ever seen Niagara Falls, so  as I was crossing the border yesterday, My wife snapped a bunch of pictures from the Canadien side.
We'll be going back in a couple of weeks, and i'll be getting some Falls pics. I'll post them when I get them

These pictures are from driving through the tourist section of Niagara Falls, and coming to the bridge that crosses into the US.

Here you can see the falls in the background

That's the US customs ahead

The casino in the US

That's all for my little tour back into the States. When we got to customs they proceeded to rip apart the trunk of our town car. apparently they were convinced that we were hiding something behind the panels in the trunk. :hick:

They've probably been following your Cougar rebuild and wanted to see what you did on the inner quarter panels of the Town Car....

i wanted to go to niagra falls since i was a little kid, so in 2003 or 04(honestly i forget) i did.
i kinda always figured it was in some national park or something scenic, it wasnt. its practically right next to the highway.
atleast if you wanted to jump off the side and into the water and kill yourself theres practically nothing/no one stopping you.
it wasnt all bad though the breeze was nice but very wet from the spray and it was cool out. atleast it wasnt horribly crowded so you could try and relax a bit.
i didnt go to the other waterfall thingy there either.(some smaller fall alittle bit from there)
i didnt get to go on the american side of it but the canadian one was a total tourist trap.

Or you could try going to Goat Island next time.... it's free and sort of a park type place...very nice. It will take all day to walk around it.  Nice place for picnics.

Also, check out the falls at night... it's beautiful.
