New XR7 Owner April 23, 2009, 08:27:57 PM Hi I'm Bill from Forest Grove, Or. First I would like to thank who ever it was that got the sight registration fixed. I wasn't able to register for about a week. The registration page and contact us page didn't have their "spam" questions posted so I couldn't answer them. So every time I submitted the page I would get an error. Last Saturday I purchaced a 1988 Cougar XR7 with 91k original miles. I got it from the original owner. The title he gave me showed 93 miles on it. It had been garaged it's whold life and all the recipts he showed me came from a local ford dealer. So the car whole service history was with the dealer. It's in excellent shape to say the least. I'll let the pictures do the talking.BillWell I was going to let the pic to the talking but the sight won't let me post URL's or IMG till I have 5 posts.Let's try this http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3320177http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v315/Gearjamer/Garage/IMG_5342.jpgOk it will let me post URL's if I post then edit. :shakeass: Check it out Quote Selected

New XR7 Owner Reply #9 – April 23, 2009, 09:58:32 PM Thanks! I didn't talk about the best part. I paid 1800 for it. I have owned a couple of Mustangs and Capri's. This is the second Cougar I've owned. The first was a '72 Cougar XR7 with a 351 4v. That was a fun car. Would like to get another '72 but as a convertable. My plan for this car is OEM style up grades. Performance stuff I have from my work with Mustangs and Mark VIIs. But not right away. She's too cherry to mess with right now.Bill Quote Selected
