What's my cougar worth?

HI guys, I'm thinking about getting rid of my '87 20th anniversary edition cougar.  It's got 120,000 miles on it and has one small rust spot on the passenger side wheel well.  The rest of the body is in great shape.  The same is true for the interior.  What are these cars going for now a days??  I've had the car for about 6 years now.  Check out my signature for pictures.

our cars arnt worth much. thats the main reason i'd never sell mine because im not going to get anything worth while for it. hell... the last job i had one paycheck would probley amount to the total price i could sell it for. where are you located? i'd say maybe if everythings in perfect condition and its a v8 with alot of options. $2,000 max.

If you really want to know have it appraised I had mine done  last year it cost $95. and it was valued at $5,000.00

I Got 3600 when the insurance totaled my 87 XR-7, and my interior really wasnt in great shape, so you might get more than 2000 if you sell it

It all depends on who wants it when you decide to sell it, I would pay as much as $3000 for it if it was was in great shape and rust free, but that's just cause I like these cars. If it's stock and in perfect condition. Actual value if it is in perfect shape is closer to $1500 if it has every option.

That's what I was thinking.  I've been thinking of getting a car that gets a litttle better mileage so I'm wondering what everyone was thinking.
