Temperature Gauge Question March 31, 2009, 04:56:00 PM Hello- I recently acquired a 1986 v8 cougar. among other things the temp gauge isn't working. is the sending unit the one near the thermostat housing? or the one on the passenger side on the line going toward the heater core?
