Unused Wire Connection under the Passenger Seat, and other Stuff

Hey all,
I've decided to convert the manual passenger seat in my '84 LS to power.  I already had the power seat mount, then I picked up the console panel with the passenger side controls.  I already see that I'm going to have to make my own wiring from the control panel under the carpet to the passenger seat, which doesn't look like any big deal.  My first question is, though:  under my passenger seat, there are (2) 6 or 7 wire connectors not connected to anything.  They don't seem to be connections for a power seat, at least the plugs aren't the same design.  So what do they go to?  Again, my car came with a manual passenger seat.  This one has really got me puzzled.
Second question:  in my car, neither the power door locks or the original power driver's seat work.  Am I right in saying that these two accessories are fed by the same circuit breaker?  I really don't want to believe that both power locks have actually failed and that the motor on the power seat has just quit working.  It seems more likely to me that it's a fuse or CB.  Can somebody confirm?  Thanks for the assistance.

Hello,

On the 86 T-Birds without keyless entry their are two relays mounted under the passanger front seat that control the door locks.  Just an idea?

PS,

I did this very same upgrade to an 86 T-Bird and the passanger seat wiring can be uptained from a wreking yard.  I just unpluged the drivers seat wiring and pluged in the wiring for the drivers and pasangers seats.  That is it in a nutshell.

And they look like:

Thanks for the tips.  That is exactly what I'm seeing, only for some reason they are no longer tucked into that little metal frame.  Now, as far as my power driver seat and power locks all being nonfunctional; are they truly related somehow, or do I just have a bad power driver's seat and 2 busted power locks?  The seat is hard to diagnose, since for now it is unique (until I hook up the passenger seat).  But both power locks bad at one time is a little harder to believe.  My passenger window doesn't go down either, but the driver's side does, which makes me think that the passenger side window motor is gone, which is OK since I plan to replace the entire door anyway.  Please give me your opinions so I can figure out if I need to be looking for new lock actuators (please, NO) and another power driver's seat assembly.  Thanks again for everything.

P.S. I really want to figure out the driver's seat thing; right now it is stuck almost all the way forward and I'm 6'2", so getting behind the wheel is an adventure.
