Need 140 speedo template

I need a template (ready to print) for a fms speedo.
Since im hesitant to se on the existing 140 face, ill be printing another one out on thin plastic and adding stage light filters to change the color.  This will go on the bezel and diffuser plate from my old 85 mph unit so all that is involved when i change my speedo color is unscrewing the face/diffuser assembly from my fms unit and putting the new one on. I need this to work with the alread calibrated fms gear unit.  i would prefer it in a pdf or jpeg format if possible.

Oh... and the standard black face.

The needle sweep is the same for the 85 and 140, and I'd ASSume the Canadian 120.  To me, Eric's 140 looks the same as my FMS.

Okay.  I have a plan now.

Im checking out a local screen printing place the says that they can screen print onto thin pvc in a white color.  The white would be visible during the day just like the stock faces are,  and at night it would be translucent.  the black on the speedo (and other guages)  would be completely opaque, so no light transmission.  the goal here is to be able to simple remove the diffuser/)face assembly seperate the face from the bezel and diffuser, and directly replace the "faceplate" itself.  very simple instal.  also have a sign printer that can print and cut translucent filters in a ton of colors to go on the back of the faceplate.  This means it would change the color of the gauge to whatever color EASY.  im going to make my car the testbed for this, and if it works out i can take orders.  these would be complete, pre cut, and pre color filtered.  You would be able to use the stock bulbs.

The goal is to have them look as factory as possible, but in whatever color you want, with easy install.  White faces are also possible....the numbers themselves would be opaque, and with whatever color filter on the back, the face itself would glow that color, the numbers would be black.  Any intrest?  The white faces should look sort of like el guages, and the stock style would look like stock, different color.  they should be as bright as stock, with the exception being with darker reds blues and grens.

what does everybody think?

I think that if it works like that, it will be awesome!

Myself, I'd like something like white face gauges (daytime) with standard font (like the stockers) and an orange backlighting at night (like the newer Pontiac cars have...)

oh yeah..in 140 mph too! ;)

Can't wait to see pics :D

Not to be a buzzkill, but isn't somebody already making faces?  Maybe you're doing something different.

Regardless, I want a tach that reads to 8-9K, matching the stock gauges.  I've got some artwork, not sure how far past 7K the factory tach will read.
