Suzuki RM50 Runs great!!

I have a 1977 or 78 Suzuki RM 50.  I bought it for my 9 year old daughter to learn how to ride on but she is not coordinated enough to use the clutch and brake at the same time.  My 6 year old son is too crazy to put on it......  The bike starts up on the first or second kick.  I have used it as a pit bike for the races for the past year, and rode it around my property for fun.  It is pretty big for a 50cc, and has alot of power for a 50.  The size is close to my nephews jr80, and I can just about keep up with him on the straight aways (pretty good for a bike that is 30 cc smaller, and a rider that is 120 heavier).  After I bought I put on new aluminum MX handlebars, new pro grips, tubes front and rear, and new reat tire.  The clutch lever was busted at the base whn I got it, but it doesn't affect the clutch at all, I still haven't replaced it.  The rear fender is missing, and the seat pan is rusted in half.  The covering on the seat is OK, and comfortable.  The only real problem I have with the bike is when you first start it up, and put it in gear, it takes off on you, so be ready.  After the first time, then it's fine.  I think the clutch plates need to be cleaned up, the bike sat outside on some old guys porch for over 2 years befor eI got it.  I have yet to open the clutch up, but I'm sure some sandpaper to the steel plates is all it will take to fix that problem.  Just looking to get out what I have in it.  $400.  I would be willing to crate it and take it to a shipper for a few bucks more, but would prefer someone local to get it.  I could also deliver it within a resonable distance.
