I see many interesting cars (interesting as in "hooptie") but I don't carry a camera about. Probably my favourite was a mid 90's Gram Am 4 door with a Supra wing, vinyl roof, painted back windows (painted to make them look like they were covered in vinyl, like the roof), a huge pro-street style hood scoop, and stock 14" steel wheels with chrome spinner hubcaps. The car was a light purple (mauve?).

A close second would be the "Pink Panther" Sunbird that a guy used to drive around. It was hot pink with bright yellow accents (door handles, wiper arms, window and side trim, etc). I think the paint on that car actually produced light, it was that bright. There was a very badly drawn painting of the Pink Panther on the hood. 14" steelies painted bright yellow with 5-spoke hubcaps painted hot pink. I think he had... um... shaguality issues.
