Random Banners, Not So Random

Okay, I've recently installed Firefox 3.0 as I.E. is .

The random banners on the top of this site don't change while I navigate the site.  The first, random image is displayed when I access the site, then it just stays with that first image regardless of where I navigate to.  The only way I can actually change the banner is to manually refresh the entire page.

Don't get me wrong, I thought it was pretty cool when my car was 'stuck' up top, lol, but I love to see the variety.

Is there a setting within Firefox that will allow the banner to be a little more random than it is now?

It's somewhere in your settings. Your settings are so that Firefox will only refresh new parts of the page. It's a bandwidth conservation thing. Unfortunately I have no idea how to change those settings in FF3, but all in all it's probably a good thing anyway. I'm sure you've noticed how slow this board is - anything that conserves bandwidth is a good thing ;)

That makes sense.  I'll browse around for the setting, but may just leave it alone.  Thanks.

Then it's a race.  For the honor of my Cougar vs. your Lincoln!  The first to find the setting wins!

We've got CougarXLS; who has much experience in troubleshooting computer problems (and any other digital office component).  LOL, XLS used to work for a company as a technician!

And, the challenger, we've got a Lincoln, by daboss351!  I have no clue of his technical computer achievements, but, he is sure to give the XLS a run for his money!

LOL.  :rollin:

LOL, j/k.  But it would be nice to find a specific check box or radio button within the Firefox settings that would allow the full randomness of the banner.

Seriously man, if you find out how to fix the random banner for FF3, please don't keep it to yourself.

While I can appreciate the whole 'bandwidth conservation' thing, I would really love to see ALL the cars, not just mine or the ones that the banner gets stuck upon ;).

LOL, c'mon; t'was funny.  :)
