Bumper Cover Trim + Clips

Anyone know if they still make the little clips that hold the silver trim to the front bumper (And rear i assume) on the 83-86 cars?
Or are the even necessary if you use a good double stick tape/adhesive?

I'm having issues with the trim on my JY TC from bumper cover, It's been removed before (hack removal job).

On my '85, the front bumper cover had a recessed place for the trim, which was chrome on most birds, red on the TC cars.  I installed mine in '87 and used the chrome trim for a regular '85, it was sticky backed.
