New car coming soon hopefully.

I just found out bout an hour ago I am a finaliest for a 2008 Lincoln Navagtor not sure if its 2wd or 4wd.

I am wonderind if I win it I am going to trade in the Navaagtor  I will get around 45k. I was wondering should I either fix up my saturn and sell it and then put the money in the Turbo coupe and save the rest.

Or should I fix both vehicles the saturn and the Turbo Coupe and sell them and buy and 04 SVT Cobra Chromealsion Metalic Blue.

 What should I do.

That's nothing. I am offered money from a Nigerian diplomat on an almost daily basis :hick:.

AND I got a note from Reader's Digest stating that I may have already won a million dollars and an '08 Toyota Camry. I know it's legit because they even included some stickers of the car in different colors so I could choose my color :D :D :D

On a completely unrelated note, what the hell is a 30# valve?

well, you should look at the current market and realize that the DEALERS can't even get 45k for them.....  not saying that it wouldn't be worth something, but remember that when you win something, you have to pay taxes, and depending on your income, that could be anywhere from 25-50%.....

kelley blue book trade for an 07 4x4 with no miles (no 08 listed for used, and yes, once you get it, it's used)
 Excellent
 $27,350
 Good
 $25,890
 Fair
 $23,390

now, the 08 new IS listed at $47,000 msrp (and that's not after rebates), sooooo....

lets say you only have to pay $17,000 in taxes (36%)
now the figure above on the '07 is trade in value, not wholesale (which is what you get if you just sell it back), so lets say that the wholesale value for the 08 is about 30,000... so after taxes, you only have $13,000 left.....  that's if you can sell it... most dealerships right now won't even take a large suv trade REGARDLESS of condition... but i digress......

at least 10,000 to 13,000 is better than nothing..... if you win...... hey, for 10-13 grand you can buy yourself a BRAND NEW kia rio with auto AND a/c and get 38mpg with a clear title....

wait a sec, is that fo' real?

One of the car magazines recently had a give away of a car in which they agreed to pay the taxes on the cars.
