Newbie

Hi to all. I came across this forum via Cool Cats. I have an 87 20th Anniversary Cougar in a dismal state. I am looking to restore it and hoped that someone here can help. I need to know where I can get rear quarters and inner fenders. I also need the gold center caps (stolen). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Welcome,
Quarters will be hard to find. Someone here may have a parts car to get them from. I would suggest finding a parts car with a good backend.

So it may be easier to transfer the 20th anniversary items to a 5.0 LS?

Well, you've come to the right place.  The boys and girls will take good care of you.  Welcome.  Post some pics of the progress.

Thanks for the welcome. I will keep you updated. As of now, I may try to find a car that needs less rust replacement. I have a complete transplant from a 91 stang and a 351C from a 72 Q-code stang. Just trying to decide which way to go.

Probably about the same. I also have a huge hole in the trunk where the spare was. My doors are starting as well but I have replacements for them already.
