I got my first tattoo after two years of being legally able to.

I got it in memory of my Uncle who was killed. He owned my Cougar from 1988 til 1991 when he was killed. I was 3 when he died. I was immediately promised the Cougar as my first car(even though I was 3). I wanted to do an In Memory Of tattoo with something having to do with the Cougar, and a thread on here about a year or two ago had the exact picture I used. I'll dig the thread up. Took 25-30 minutes to complete and is awesome.

This is in between my shoulder blades.

Even though you didnt know it, Id like to say thanks for posting those pics, it gave me the idea and I made it a reality, and Im happy to have done this.

Man, that is the exact cat I wanted put on!!!

Looks really good!
So, now I have to decide if I want a tat that matches someone on the board! lol

Thank you, I like it alot. It wouldnt bother me if you got it, not like I'll actually get to see it, hopefullly I can make it to CJ sometime though.

What I forgot to add was I got this at 8pm last night. Its healed awesome in the 20 hours Ive had it. I just took a pic of my whole back to show how big it is. Its hard showering and cleaning it where it is lol.

But, it looks really good.
What have they told you to put on it to keep it moist/healing?

I had to use A&D ointment on mine, and man it's good stuff.... it really helps with the itching when it starts to heal.

No it didnt hurt. Its my first one, and I expected the worst. It hurt once when he dug in real hard on a vertebrae and that was for maybe 30 seconds shading. It went quick and painless.

They told me to use unscented lotion on it 2-3 times a day. Ive been putting on about 5-6 because of how hot its been. It has only itched a few times, but i expect it to itch more especially since its only been a few days.
