WTB: Parking brake assembly 85 bird v8

I took my car to the shop for the e-brake pedal not locking into place, and they said the e-brake assembly is bad (it is the assembly inside the car that you push down on the pedal to keep the pedal down)

he said he cant find one, so i am looking for it. i need it rather quickly as i failed inspection because of it and i only have 30 days to get it fixed.
