Read the post with the Jaguar XKE on Page 10. Wow.

HOA = way for snobby, weaselly, *$$H*L*S to get their freak on telling other people how to live their lives. For me, HOA = dealbreaker. I'd rather live in an older, established community where people actually know their neighbors rather than just concern themselves with whether their neighbors fit their mold.

There are a lot of posts on vandalizing the HOA president's car. While a brick, super-glued locks, keying, acidic chemicals, etc. sound tempting, these all pale next to what is possible. Someone like that has a much more serious vulnerability, and there is only one true response:

Zoysiagrass (or just Zoysia).

Lawn freaks hate it because it's thick, heavy, and turns brown in the winter -- and because it's voracious. We have it on our lawn, so I know what it's like. Once you have it, you'll never get rid of it. The thought of HOA members contending with a never-ending plague of zoysiagrass makes me just... :rollin:

Plant early, plant often. HOA d*uch*b*gs deserve to be acquainted with their own Hell

Reminds me of a letter I got in the mail the other day. I live in a small apartment complex accrossed the street from wall mart. Its built in a U shape, with a parking lot around the entire outside. I've been working in Wyoming for the past couple of weeks, and my wife is 6 months pregnant. They want my wife to park at wall mart and walk over 2000 feet to get to our apartment so they can repave the parking lot. Can't wait till they call me out on that one.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Wow, that's one heck of a long read.

What I learned:

1. Arizona Parking Solutions is a bunch of ass holes

2. A1 & A2 did not have to take it in the cornhole

3. The thread is 60 pages long! :hick:

4. They created a T-Shirt and MySpace page for Gerry, the GM of APS - that was very thoughtful of them :rollin:

5. APS Gerry had a mental fit and booted a bunch of cars for minor violations

6. APS Gerry took it in the cornhole and was forced to remove said boots from all the cars - APS Gerry is a Schmuck.

7. I would never, ever live in an HOA. If I was forced to, I would be in jail shortly thereafter.

8. This guy - Gerry Richardson is a schmuck and may have damaged his company's reputation by being a dick head:

That thread has 700,000+ views!!!

...and it's seeing about 100 hits per minute!

Hmmmm, I bet Arizona Parking Solutions is wondering if their GM is stable enough to continue in his current position :)
